Positive: There's nothing we didn't like... Yes, we didn't get to access the keys from the Lock Box, but Pip and Pip were quick to respond to us and brought over the extra keys, which was a late Tuesday evening. Even the neighbour was very helpful and came over for a brief chat when we were unable to access the house (nice lady, forgot her name). It was perfect for us! My wife, kids, and I loved it so much... Plenty of heating was available (in the bedrooms and the living room) for us from the Pacific to handle the cold for the 6 nights we were there. And when we ran out of towels, they brought us a truckload of clean ones to use. We didn't have any bad experience at all!

Summary: MEMORABLE!!! Would love to stay there again next time we're in Paraparaumu!
